What is Affordable Housing?
Artisan Village offers affordable apartments at a wide range of rental rates. Affordable Housing Programs are in place that allow apartments to be available to those who may otherwise be unable to afford this premium community. All apartments at Artisan Village have student and income restrictions.
How do I know if I qualify?
Apartments compromised of only full-time students are not eligible to live at Artisan Village. Another criteria for our affordable apartments are the income restrictions. To be eligible for Artisan Village apartments, your total annual household income must be under the income limits found here, based on the number of people living in the apartment.

Do you have any apartments without restrictions?
No. Artisan Village is an affordable living community, all apartments do have income and student restrictions.

What is your pet policy?
Artisan Village is an extremely pet-friendly community! All are welcome with no breed or weight restrictions.
Additional 1/2 month pet security deposit and $25/month pet rent required. Limit 2 pets per apartment.
Are any utilities included in rent?
High-speed internet, water, sewer and trash are included. All other utilities are covered by residents.
Discounted Spectrum TV packages are available for only $20.
Is parking available?
Yes! We offer a variety of parking options including complimentary surface parking and garage parking available for $60/month.
Attached garage parking is available with select apartments for additional fees.
Is there an application fee?
Application fee: $25 per adult
Security deposit: $1/2 months rent
How do I access the Resident Portal?
If you are currently a resident at Artisan Village, you can access our online resident portal here!
The resident portal can be used to schedule online rent payments, submit maintenance requests, meet your neighbors, learn about community updates, events, and more!

While live/work apartments have been historically associated with artists and craftspeople, Artisan Village’s live/work spaces cater to anyone with a home-based business given the flexibility to arrange the ample work-space as needed. Whether you’re just starting out or have a built client base, Artisan Village offers an ideal setting to foster creativity and grow your business.
